Would you believe that the Poole Quarter comprises 467 residential properties and is one of the largest leasehold estates on the south coast?

The estate is made of a mixture of privately owned residencies, tenanted properties, social housing and Delphis Court; an extra care accommodation site.

• Managing Agents. Evolve Estate and Block Management are the current managing agent for Poole Quarter.

• Directors. The managing agent is overseen by a the Poole Quarter Directors; a voluntary group who represent PQ residents and to whom the managing agent is accountable and who have the power to appoint and dismiss the managing agent.

• PQRA The Poole Quarter Residents Group is a separate group who exist to promote community spirit by organising events.
